I stayed in a premier double room view. the location worked well. It was near the marina (great for ferries). the staff was also hospitable and helpful (especially with directions).

the rooftop bar was closed (i wasn't forewarned). the breakfast room felt a bit like a youth hostel.

small treat kind staff

i felt pampered in the room. small treats and notes happened daily, a lovely surprise. staff was so helpful and kind.

the hotel bar closed early. i wanted one last drink, but it was not to be.
